Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- However, this does not apply to promotional or flash sale product.
- Item less than 50 AED value are not eligible for returns.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Only items in original, unopened retail packaging with the seal intact (sealed) are eligible for return. Please note that delivery charges of AED 20 are non-refundable, and a pickup charge of AED 20 will be borne by the customer in case of return.
- Flash Sale, Clearance Sale, and Discounted Deals are final sale and non-returnable. If you receive a defective item, report it to customer service within 3 days for assistance. No refunds or replacements will be provided for these sale items.

For all exchange requests, customers are required to bear the pickup charge of AED 20 and the delivery charge of AED 20 for the replacement item.
This is necessary as two separate service orders are created — one for the pickup of the original item and one for the delivery of the exchanged item.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support team at cotonjust@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and clear images of the product .
- Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
- Shipping charges (20 dhs) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.
- In case of a return request, an additional pickup charge of AED 20 will be borne by the customer.

Defective or Wrong Item Received?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
