Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
- However, this does not apply to promotional or flash sale product.
- Item less than 50 AED value are not eligible for returns.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Only items in original, unopened retail packaging with the seal intact (sealed) are eligible for return. Please note that delivery charges of AED 25 are non-refundable, and a pickup charge of AED 25 will be borne by the customer in case of return.
- Flash Sale, Clearance Sale, and Discounted Deals are final sale and non-returnable. If you receive a defective item, report it to customer service within 3 days for assistance. No refunds or replacements will be provided for these sale items
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support team at cotonjust@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and clear images of the product .
- Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
- Shipping charges (25 dhs) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.
- In case of a return request, an additional pickup charge of AED 25 will be borne by the customer.

Defective or Wrong Item Received?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
